How do I know if I'm a Candle Cash Rewards Customer?

Any customer who has registered for an account in our store is automatically signed up as a Candle Cash Rewards member. If you have checked out as a guest, you are not a Candle Cash Rewards Customer.

How do I spend my Candle Cash?

You will get email updates whenever you earn Candle Cash. When you are visiting the Book Scents store you will see a rewards window pop-up on the side of the page – this pop up will show you what points you can redeem for discounts!

How does the Candle Cash system work?

You earn 1 cash point for every $1 you spend. You can also earn cash points by sharing on Facebook and Twitter. You can earn discounts when sharing your referral link.

 

Does it cost anything to be a member?

No — enrollment in the Candle Cash Rewards program is FREE. Hooray!

 

Do all my purchases count toward my Candle Cash Rewards?

Yes!

How long are Candle Cash Points valid?

Candle Cash points do not have an expiration date!

How do I find my referral link to share with friends or online?

You can find and share your referral link from the pop up window in our store. You just have to be logged in! You can also copy and paste your referral url and send it to friends and family wherever you like.
