Refund Policy

My goal is to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase and I am more than willing to work with you if you are not satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

** Please note that I cannot provide refunds for damage due to hot/cold weather. The Post Office will not provide insurance for this sort of damage. I ship Priority so that your package can get to you ASAP, however, if your package sits out on a hot day or on a hot mail truck I cannot provide a refund for melting. If this occurs, please contact me directly with a picture and I’ll do what I can to provide you with tips that can assist you in bringing your candles back to the quality in which they were sent.

Refunds for Broken Containers: Although we try to take good care in protecting your glass containers for shipment, damage can happen. If you received a container that is damaged and you are unable to use your candle safely, please send a picture of the damage within 30 days of receipt of your order. At that time we can determine if a refund or replacement is the best option. Claims made after 30 days cannot be refunded.

Refunds for Scent Preference: If you don't like the fragrance you purchased, I can provide a full refund to you within 10 days of receipt of purchase provided candles are in their original condition (not burned). Please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping/handling fees for the return of your items. I would recommend utilizing a tracking option on your returns as I am unable to refund items that may not arrive to me.

Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of the item(s). The refunded amount will be for the actual item.

If you used your PayPal balance, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance. If you used your credit card/debit card for your order, money will be refunded to your card. It may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement.

The refund will be credited to the original purchaser in the currency of the original payment, using the same conversion rate for the original payment.
